Statement of Commitment

Gen Z Recruitz is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable individuals. We aim to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants.

 

Scope

This policy applies to:
    •    All staff, contractors, and volunteers
    •    All activities, events, and online engagement facilitated by Gen Z Recruitz

 

Under-18s

Gen Z Recruitz primarily works with individuals aged 18 and over.


Where under-18s may engage:
    •    Participation is limited to informational or signposting activity
    •    No one-to-one mentoring or unsupervised engagement is provided
    •    Any required parental or institutional consent is respected

We commit to:
    •    Acting in the best interests of young people
    •    Providing safe and inclusive environments
    •    Responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns
    •    Ensuring professional boundaries are maintained

 

Reporting Concerns

Any safeguarding concerns should be reported immediately to:
